COMING HOME TO THE BREATHE AUSTRALIA GATHERING 11-19 November 2018

We’d like to invite you to come and join in the celebration of the power of the breath to heal, inspire and unite. The focus of this year’s conference is to Reconnect in Nature.

Too many of us live hectic, fast paced lives, driven by adrenalin with busy minds of endless chatter. This November, take time out to experience using awareness, breath, presence and nature to release, recharge and reconnect: To come home to your body, heart and beloved Breathwork Community.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges Rain Forest we will be coming together to slow down, breathe, earth, be nurtured, share, laugh, dance, cry and sing.
