Linking GIC 2017 and 2018 - presenting the results of an experiment measuring the effect of breathwork sessions on our vibrational frequency, conducted at GIC 2017.

Dear friends,

Coming back from the GIC in France, reviewing my notes, I came across the few words I wrote down from Judith Kravitz's talk.  Joy = Light + Love.  And I started to hear words pouring into my head, so I decided to put them down on paper and offer them to you.

I would not consider myself a joyous person based on the meaning of what joy means for many people: laughing, smiling generously, being extrovert and spreading this joy all around you in this way.  My joy is more silent. It is a state I feel inside my body as an expansion in my heart, very much mixed with love and gratitude. For me, joy is one of the natural consequences of being aligned with the divine in us, with our true essence, our true Self.  Each of us is a shining sun. The way our light shines inside and outside determines our vibration.  Even if sometimes clouds get in the way, the sun is always present. Our clouds are our limited beliefs, traumas, frozen emotions, fears, etc. Sometimes they have been there for so long, that we think that is the way we are.  My personal experience is of course not.  Our true nature is wellbeing; our true nature is to shine.  Thank God, I came across breathwork before going to a psychiatrist J !

So looking at the formula: Joy = love + light.  Because our true Self is love, and our true Self is light, when you expand one, you expand the others.  It's all in the same pack. You cannot feel love in your heart and have a low vibrational frequency of light.  So you can start with any side of the equation and get all the others lighting up as a consequence.  Isn't that great?!

Breathing is raising your vibration

Your vibration is your personal energy frequency.  It can be measured, and here below, I present you the outcome of a trial I did at the GIC in Austria in 2017, measuring the effect of a full breathing session on our vibration.

Vibration emanates from your soul, your personal being, your thoughts and emotions, whether conscious or unconscious.  How bright, light and clear is your light shining? How clear is your sky? The higher, the happier, in love and expansion you feel inside, then by the universal law of manifestation, you will attract a higher level of experiences and people into your life.  The lower, the denser, both mentally and emotionally you feel…sadness, fear… will also make you susceptible to attracting people and situations that resonate to such a low frequency like a magnet: complaints, darkness, anxiety, etc… and also presences (lost souls for example) that usually are in pain wandering around in our world.

My experience investigating this frequency for years in clients, and myself is that even if it fluctuates within a certain range, there is a mean vibrational frequency that is stable and reflects your personal and spiritual consciousness.  If it goes down to a lower level, which can happen, you will immediately feel it as a drop in your natural wellbeing.  If it happens don't stay there, it's NOT your natural state. Once you remove the disturbance from your field, mind and body, your being will automatically readjust to your natural light. And this can happen very quickly.  Breathing is one way while energy balancing is another one of my favourite ways.

How can we measure our vibration?  Being a statistician, I have always liked to bring measurement to the energy work I do.  For years, I have been measuring the vibration in myself and later in my clients, using the pendulum and numerical charts.  (By the way, if you know more scientifically proved methods - contact me).

So when, at the GIC 2017, I heard of the investigative research being conducted by the IBF science and research group (presented this year by Dr Philippa Wheble), I asked if I could join them, and I did (thank you my friends for this).

Results of the research - how breathing affects our vibrational frequency, GIC
2017:
Methodology:
The experiment was conducted over 4 days (day 2 till day 5 of the GIC week). With the
consent of each participant, I measured the vibrational frequency before the person started breathing, after the breathing session and 24 hours later. I used an energy test based on the pendulum, and the connection with the person through their full name. So, practically, I said the name of the person, verified that the connection was made with the person and then asked for the corresponding vibrational frequency, letting the pendulum show the results on a numeric chart. I measured their vibrational frequency while the experiment was being explained to the breathers and they were hooked up to the machine. This was at 7:00 am. And I would leave the room and come back 50 min. later at the end of the breathing session. On the next day, even if the person was not present in the room, I would do the same.

My second part of the experiment was to measure the vibrational frequency of the assistants during the breathing sessions. Then I also decided to measure the vibrational frequency of the whole GIC community and of the AGM (IBF meetings).
Note, vibration can be measured through an international scale (Bovis) from 0 to 10, but in this case I used a free scale, which I had been using since 2008.

Results:
There were 20 breathing participants everyday. Vibrational frequency the first day before breathing fluctuated between 50-70,000. After breathing, it went to 190- 220,000. 24 hours later, it was still higher (between 80-120,000).
As the conference went on, I could see that the baseline values were rising every day. So the people before breathing on the last day of the experiment already started with 80-120,000 vibration. After breathing the level rose in the same way as before reaching values around 200,000.

Assistant team. There were in total 11 assistants present, some once during the week and the core team everyday. I also observed a rise in their vibrational frequency before and after the breathing sessions (doubling the first day (from 40- 60,000 to 90-140,000), and rising by one and a half times in successive days (from 60-100,000 to 90-150,000) with a daily continuous upward trend.

Data also showed that day after day, the vibrational frequency of the community, including the AGM also went up. There was one day though (day 3 or 4) with a lower rate, which usually corresponded to a healing day when all our "stuff came up"…But this rapidly went back up the following day. Unfortunately I lost the sheet with the exact numbers on that part.

Conclusion. Breathing results in a substantial rise (double or more) in vibrational frequency that then goes back down, but still shows a higher frequency after 24 hours. Because of the nature of the GIC, with breathing and the atmosphere of love everyday, we were able to appreciate the general rise in vibrational frequency of individual people, and even of the whole community. It was also interesting to note that the vibrational frequency of the assistants in the room of 5 to 6 breathers also rose. Of course, the assistants may also have breathed to support the client, but my sense is there was a contagious effect of the high vibrational frequency in the room itself. So Imagine the first day of the  GIC this year, when 250 and more of us all breathed together !!! (Sadly, I did not measure it)

So ladies and gentlemen, this is my humble contribution to what I already intuitively knew, and was so happy to have this opportunity to carry out this investigation.
This may be where my statistical background, my breath and energy work and love
come together!
Love to all of you
