TRAINER TIDBITs - ANN HARRISON

I experienced a complete renewal of enthusiasm in Spring 2017 in delivering a Level 1 Breath Awareness training. So much so that I build myself a workshop studio at the end of the garden and this year have conducted 2 x eight day retreats, weekends and regular breathing circles and meditation evenings.

The paradox of a unique individual journey set in the context of what it means to be human and learning how to navigate the human condition is unendingly fascinating.

For over thirty years now I have felt the privilege of accompanying clients and student on their inner journey of discovery with the breath. In 2019 there will be 2 x 8 day retreats as well as a number of Breath Awareness weekend experiences. I love the longer retreats because we all have the time and space to dive deeply within - time to create real transformation.

A participant in the 2018 Spring Retreat said:
“The week was full of unexpected and welcome surprises. After being home for two weeks now I am still experiencing being in a more settled place within myself. Smiling on the inside probably covers it best. There was so much gentle movement of energy in mind, body and more for all who were there. I am looking forward to more in the coming year.”

An Autumn 2018 participant said:
“The individual Breathwork sessions were exceptional, as well as the benefit of witnessing others.
The paradigms of healing and the healing journey were so helpful.”

Ann Harrison, is based in the Central West of NSW, where offers 8 day retreats and trainings. Ann completed her Breathwork training in 1986 and set up her residential retreat centre in Hong Kong countryside in 1988. She has been a professional trainer member of the ABA since 1997.

The foundation of Ann’s approach is found in the dual philosophies of Taoism and Tantrism that she makes accessible and relevant in the 21st century by articulating paradigms and supporting Breathwork practice. Ann sees herself as a teacher, rather than a therapist.
