Synopsis
Choosing courage over comfort means we can learn to stay in our integrity with authenticity. We choose what’s right over taking the easy road, rather than allowing resentment to build. When we practice our values and Breathwork and accept how they anchor us, we can bravely, and with curiosity, explore vulnerability, boundaries and trust to better embrace wholehearted living and connection . We are never more courageous than when we are vulnerable. With empathy and self-compassion the antidote to shame, being kind to ourselves and believing that we are worthy of love and belonging can help build shame resilience to identify and overcome perfectionism, comparison and a tendency to blame.
